I found the staff quite helpful during check-in. My room was ready upon my early arrival which I appreciated. The hotel's historical elements added to the unique ambiance. I also enjoyed convenient access to nearby attractions.
The in-room Wi-Fi signal was intermittently weak at times.

Fantastic Location and Comfortable Stay!

The location was PERFECT for shopping and dining. Stores and restaurants were just around the corner. The room was comfortable, and the king-size bed provided great rest. The air conditioning worked VERY well, keeping the room cool and refreshing.
I slipped in the bath during both showers. The experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the cost.

I found the location perfect. We got an upgrade to a larger room. The receptionist was friendly. I didn't take the hotel breakfast. I prefer to find somewhere nearby to eat.
i found peeling wallpaper and mismatched carpets laid over threshold strips. The noise from the kitchens kept me awake all night. i heard clattering pots, pans and metal trays.

clean room central location missing fridge limited supplies
the room was clean and the bed was good. the location is excellent, very close to shopping areas. it was easy to get transport anywhere.
i was disappointed there was no fridge in the room. there were not enough tea bags or milk provided. i bought milk, but it spoiled because of no fridge.
